One of America's great historic landmarks — an 1890 atrium hotel with a 100-foot-high skylight, sweeping backlit staircases, and dramatic balconies that turn an ordinary wedding into a Cleveland landmark moment.

“The Cleveland Arcade was called the Crystal Palace when it opened. The skylight hasn't changed. Neither has the feeling when you walk in.”
The Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade sits inside one of the most architecturally significant buildings in Ohio — the Cleveland Arcade, built in 1890 and originally known as the Crystal Palace. A 100-foot-high skylight spans over 300 feet, flooding the five-story atrium with natural light. Sweeping backlit staircases, ornate ironwork, and balconies wrapped in century-old detail make the building itself the most impressive thing in the room.
Up to 300 guests can gather on the main level and balconies for a ceremony in the atrium, with reception space in the Arcade and hotel ballrooms for events of up to 400. The venue provides all-inclusive packages with in-house catering, bar service, and wedding coordinator support — the kind of infrastructure that makes a complex venue manageable.
For the bridal party, the hotel suites are both luxurious and practical. Getting-ready happens in your room with the city around you and one of the most architecturally dramatic ceremony spaces in Cleveland waiting at the elevator.
Hotel weddings in landmark buildings have specific morning logistics — everything flows through the building and we've worked these venues enough to know how to make the morning seamless.
